Our Founder
Hispanics in Parking (HIP) was the Idea of Chester Escobar, a 27 -year veteran of the parking and transportation industry. It was created to forge connections among all Hispanics in the parking and transportation industry. An association where leaders can mentor a new generation and ideas can be shared.
